James O'Keefe is basically the "Boy Who Cried Wolf" of the 'journalism' world. He's been caught doing shady shit or using shady tactics in pursuit of gotcha journalism (and has had "exposes" debunked as a result) so often, that it becomes nearly impossible to believe anything he puts out any more. He's poisoned his own well.

So when you see people post "Stopped reading at James O'Keefe", this is why.

I havent skipped topics, the topic is veritas. they sue the same process for fabricating all of their "stories". they ask a shit load of people a bunch of leading questions that would be struck down in court interrogation for leading the witness, they edit heavily, then they make representative claims about the organization they just threw 99% of the interviews from in the trash. as if 99% didnt give them the answer they didnt want.

bernie's goulags, planned parenthood baby parts, acorn, voter fraud, wash post, etc.

look at their fucking wiki, in their "top stories" are several "failed stings" lol.

ever watch one of those "trick shot" youtube channels. where they make a baskball shot from like the top of the stadium. in case you dont know they take about 200 attempts per clip. thats what P veritas is. plain and simple.

You also tried to equate PV to CNN which, as Snipa already pointed out, is a ridiculous analogy. Now does CNN practice some shady/biased journalistic techniques? Absolutely. Do they do it as the core of their business? Absolutely not.

i compared some claims against PV to be similar to MSM. i know it's subtle, but the word "that" was a key word. (something to note: i assumed 1k secret recordings to be extremely exaggerated)

granted there are claims of heavy edits for their own narration. i again don't find that much different than MSM. (not saying it's good from any)

i'll use impeachment as an example. there is only 1 piece of testimonial evidence and 1 piece of documentary evidence as far as i'm aware. (both pieces of evidence "against" the case for impeachment)
this has not stopped CNN from interviewing, assuming facts in the interviews, and releasing hundreds of "opinions" as fact scenarios.(obviously can't use Fox in this circumstance, sorry)

while it's not an exact example, as i can admit these media outlets seem to perform differently. i'll again mention we are "still" in Russiagate, and a false narrative has been on-going in the MSM for years.
you all can claim they are not the same and i won't argue that. but the outcome is nearly identical.
