Well sure, there's two sets of rules for the plebes and the oligarchs, but her "not belonging in office" is addressed by her voters (including if Missouri has a recall process for their legislators - I don't know). She hasn't committed a crime as defined by current judicial interpretations of incitement to violence, she just said something of really poor taste and showed the voters her low state of character. If I were in her district and a recall petition came my way, I wouldn't sign it, because I don't consider what she said to be an impeachable offense. She didn't breach the peace, she didn't ask other people to breach the peace, and lastly, elections have consequences. So we have to live with them. Make a better choice next time.

Apparently, the Lt. Governor of MO, has stated that he has started the process to have her removed.
He said, he hoped she would resign, but on Sept. 15th, when Congress reconvenes or w/e they will vote on it. It needs a 2/3 majority to have her removed.

I guess we will see how things go in September.

I would sign a petition to have her removed. Simply because saying things like that will give some gun toting whacko...ideas.
She should know better, she's a Senator for gawd's sake.

She may not like Trump, but her place to express that is within Congress.

i'm just wondering why people, who were perfectly ok with trump's second amendment comments towards clinton, are now so triggered about some democratic lawmaker stating she hoped he was assassinated. unlike trump she even apologised for it... your hypocrisy is off the charts...
