Tldr HR(C) and her foundation are under FBI investigation
no one reads nerdsweek anymore

Obligatory: thanks for yet one more fuckin laugh!!!!!

I don't think anyone should really concern themselves too much with an investigation that was spawned by that laughable "Clinton Cash" book that was immediately discredited. I also would have hoped that everyone would have learned, over the last week especially, to maintain at least a little base skepticism of what you hear re: what the FBI may or may not be doing. CNN confirmed the FBI has multiple investigations ongoing into Trump's ties to Russia, with Manafort and Carter Paige on one end and Roger Stone and WikiLeaks on the other. That fact alone doesn't mean anything until we learn more.

Trump's committed crimes (a lot of them), Clinton hasn't. Bringing up an accusation against Clinton meant merely to deflect attention away from Trump's crimes gets you nowhere.

All these leaked emails being available they have to do something or at least look into it. Trumps crimes are a little different since obviously there are no leaked emails exposing him of any illegal activity. Just hearsay for most of them.

Not saying he did not commit them but the FBI is not favoring one or the other imo.

I wouldn't call them baseless. Trump saying the shit he does made these claims have some credibility. It is hard to defend him about sexual assault when he has been recorded saying he could grab pageant contestants by the pussy if he wanted to. He opened himself up to the Clinton campaign using that as a tool. Maybe some of them did happen but even if they did not it still is his fault for making himself an easy target. I hate the Clinton campaign but if they did orchestrate the claims they were smart about it.

Bold: It's his "foundation's" own tax records that prove that he's a criminal, that's a whole lot more definitive than manipulated, hacked emails. It's publicly-available information that's exposed him, not "hearsay."

Trump is a criminal. We have the proof. The IRS has the proof: that's how they were able to force him to pay a fine for making an illegal political donation (that he then attempted to fraudulently cover up). The FEC has the proof that he violated the contribution cap, that's how they were able to force him to pay a fine. The FTC has proof he violated anti-trust. In a couple of months, multiple prosecutors will present their proof that Trump scammed countless people via Trump University. Virtually everyone has the proof of the near-dozen laws he's broken/FEC rules he's violated since he became a presidential candidate, the only thing that saves him in that domain is that the Republicans can keep the FEC tied up in perpetual gridlock.

This is really simple. Trump's a criminal. Attempting to compare him to Clinton in this regard is moronic, claiming that Trump isn't really a criminal is moronic, and claiming Clinton is a criminal in her own right is moronic. We're sitting on a mountain of evidence here, actual evidence.

hey buddy! your alinsky-style manic rage essays projecting the faults of your candidate on others doesnt work. HR(C) and her silly foundation are under fbi investigation and have been for some time now.

all your verbal caca won't make this fact less true just like you denying over and over that you went 0-3 in 2014 wont ever make it not true.

Obligatory: thanks for that fuckin laugh!!!!

But they're not. They're really, really not.

This is what sort of bothers me though: I'm not so sure that Clinton really is a "slimy politician." When it comes to your base disposition, "too calculating with your words, controlled to the point of unnatural, reserved, and distrusting of the press" is really on the entire opposite end of the spectrum from "liar who's loose with your words and commitments." You can't be both of those things. That's what's so laughable when people try to attack her on both of those grounds (especially at the same time) because those are two diametrically-opposed qualities.

I've always found that the former is a perfectly acceptable framing of Clinton, and people can debate on the cause of that and the pros and cons of it and whatnot. The "Clinton as a liar" or "Clinton as a crook" frame just does not work with the facts we have. It just doesn't.

Lol so balanced and unbiased.

At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are.
