Had a co worker call me ignorant today, and I don't remember the sentence that caused him to say it, but his response made absolutely no sense.
I asked "Do you know what ignorant means?"

I can tell you that time as we know it is based on how long it takes for the Earth to revolve around the sun. It is based on how long we have sunlight and moonlight. Then again, correct me if I'm wrong.

Based on those factors the clock and the sundial was created. So what if there was a time when there was no such thing to base time on? How then could time possibly exist?
