Ugh why tell him? It was way funnier watching the OP make a fool of himself.

Sure, was.

did you see the graph in the link you posted? just in case you missed it:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/a/a7/Climate_science_opinion2.png/729px-Climate_science_opinion2.png

the distribution looks similar to those scientists who support evolution in one way (left) and those who support some flavour of creationism (right)
you will always find (corporate) scientists to support whatever they are paid for

Sure if you ignore the fact that the graph has already been discussed IN this thread, and the fact that he ignored three or four thousand respondents and posted 77 makes it a pretty shitty graph when discussing a million peoples beliefs, also the questions asked were shitty.

They ended up getting responses from 3,146 scientists, and then publicized the results from two questions: (1) Have mean global temperatures risen compared to pre-1800s levels? (2) Has human activity been a significant factor in changing mean global temperatures?
The results? About 90 percent of the scientists agreed with the first question and 82 percent with the second.
So where does the 98 percent statistic come from? That’s from a subsample of the survey — climate scientists. The survey actually says the result is 97 percent, but Stewart is correct that it represented just a small group of people — 77 out of 79 people.

3,146 scientists filled out the questions.
77 were taken into account.
All were climate scientists (jobs that benefit a great deal if climate change is true).
And 2 of those expert climate scientists STILL didn't agree with the shitty questions posed.

Never mention the fact that all that was asked is if humans have changed global mean temperatures, not if it will effect us in a negative way.

Excellent case against the entire scientific community that almost entirely agrees on the validity of this issue.

Except they don't.
Seems to be the only point any one has to make, except its entirely based on crap.

Since when is a poll of 3,000 of which 77 examples were actually taken into consideration a 97% consensus of every scientist in the world?
I posted just as many climate experts as the poll took into consideration who disagree.
