I think you misunderstand the nature of the contract.

The contract is non tangible so it is open to interpretation.

No, people assume i have signed because i am not living in a state of nature, i however have not signed and do as i please.

its an implicit signature. You signed it simply by existing.

laff, as if there was every a physical contract. Imagine everyone signing their social contract, in triplicate.

Sanatara would be happy because there wouldnt be a single tree still standing.

Unless they gave a nod to the founding fathers and printed it on hemp.

Keyword is implicit, which invalidates it as a formal contract.

You win if you hold out.

Yeah, smoking weed in Canada isn't illegal, possession is and it's only ever enforced for large amounts. No one in my province has ever been charged for having less than 10g on them at a time.

abrogating the social contract has varying results ranging from social alienation to long term incarceration.

The social contract impels you to bathe, and you probably do, because you probably want to get your dick wet once in a while.

pardon my vulgarity.

It is illegal, because you have to possess it to smoke it, whether it is enforced or not is another matter.
By your thinking jay walking is legal.

I bathe through choice, i do not need a contract to tell me to, ridiculous, and plenty of members of society do not bathe or do so rarely.

I happen to like trees, even aside from what we do with them when we cut them down. Having a good, solid shade tree in the yard is a homeowner's must-have. Preferably maple, even if they're high on the scale of trees making shit to clean up.

Well, in the logical state of progression, one must possess weed before one can smoke it, even when just passing the pipe.

The leaves make good compost though, which is ironic because it reminds me of canada.
