That video was alright. Too sensationalist, too. He mixes the notion of Atman in Hinduism and Emptiness in Buddhism and weaves this far too fantastical notion that you are everything. I don't like Alan Watts. He doesn't stick to what Buddhism really teaches when he tries to talk about it. He's just another scholar trying to make a buck off of his books and lectures and so he sacrifices precision and accuracy for story telling and exaggeration.

Well, speaking about truth you just have to open your mind : Don't take anything for granted, check things for yourself, and share what you know is truth (what you could experience).
Our mind can be our worse ennemy, but once we understand we are not just our mind, it becomes our friend, we start to control it better... I'm experiencing this.
