@bolded, BRUTAL :lol:

I just don't think we would have, as we didn't under biden, seen any political action taken towards reigning in online gambling if the democrats won in 2024. I should have used the word "mentioning" instead of "whining" about trump, thats my b

Probably not, unless somehow they let Bernie leave the nursing home for a run and actually endorsed him, but they wont let that happen and we would be talking about a slew of other things in the place of gambling if Bernie made it. This administration just overtly supports it, not even hiding their support for it.

As mentioned within the video and the OP, the issue being if no one does anything, its going to grow to the spot where its too big to control, might be already. If you want to compare it to guns in that regard, you could, gun control seems virtually impossible with how large of a market of guns there is / in circulation. Well gambling is going to be too hard to control once it makes its way into virtually everything and generates significant tax revenue for various levels of governments. They wont be able to turn off the tap.

And ill leave you with this. I know when I cant go on a hub and watch 9 men gang*b, bu***kake Pi*s videos without seeing gambling ads, well I know we are truly in a degenerate society.

A wild jupe appears.

If anything is created and all it does is cause suffering and potential harm, theres no reason for it to continue. This is being done in the scientific community already with mirror cells where the scientists are stopping the programs and research and returning grant money because the benefits dont outweigh potential risk at all. They probably already know what happens when things get abused as well, when we "just release it and let the people decide." It works out perfectly every time.

Willing to bet that somebody somewhere, has gambling to thank for their life saving surgery.

Lets not be biased about the lives gambling has saved.

Gambling ain't going away, more regulation would probably make it worse. If anything, go heavy handed where the finance 'sinks' are jnstead of petty players.

For example, in crypto US citizens used to be able to transaction Binance global. Now, because of SEC US citizens have watered down USBinance and have to relinquish vital PID for the KYC regulations to questionable firms out of conflict of interest countries like China.

Gambling seems a self correcting problem though when the coins run out.
Unless you greatest generation and neural linked to the Casino, dumping SS and pension for some pulls.
