Cause there's not some magical way to fix their countries, and it's in their self-interest and their family's interest for them to come here.
They come here and work. It's a self-selecting group of people who want a better life. So they don't make this country worse, they make it better.
That said, we should want a secure border and people should come legally. But the people who come illegally tend to work hard.
They are spineless cowards who should fix their country or die trying.

They were fleeing the old world, for the new world.
Wiping out the native Americans in the process.
And sure one could say the great experiment of the new world changed other countries.
indirectly fixing the old world countries.
But if you boil it down. People were willing to suffer on a boat across the ocean than end the reign of kings from which they came.
e2- so people flee the democracies and dictators in the 21st centuary.
There is no, new, new world.
Those people will come to America, and allow the same issues to perpetuate as from which they came.
