They're pretty sweet, they're amazing for training the shoulders in a functional 360 degree sphere range of motion in contrast to barbell and dumbbell training which typically just involves motions along a single plane. Also for functional dynamic movement of the back
core and chest. Also great for mobility since I'm still working on fixing my shoulders after training for so long with standard barbell and dumbbell work!

I've been really getting into mobility lately, fixing myself up in preparation for self learning Shaolin Kung Fu, phase 2 is my hips which are still bad from years of squatting without fully engaging the glute medius, leading to tight adductors. Many years in the tank but still a 🦗 I am. I'm jacked but tight.

I mean, motorbike protection type gear are ok, light stab resistant clothes are ok
but cant wear no bulletproof shits, is illegal

It sucks but it's how it is, if cant figure how to incapacitate without killing then have to do the time, it's that simple
Police or whatever have to figure it out daily, else they getting in trouble (when it's not yet again an other situation where dem corrupt mofos have each others back)
As the protector of your family and having the terrain advantage, that's your job to figure it out, unlike police that doing that daily u actually got the time to think it through and figure something out

Because let's say u shoot (in your scenario), an "unknown" intruder, now he died, gg u did it, maybe the dude had a family of his own, some angry siblings or whatever wanting for revenge and now you put yourself AND your family as a target

If u incapacite intruder instead then you dont put your family at risk for eventual future retaliation
