Against a mandate; loosely supportive of spaces, venues, employments/military requiring proof of vaccination though.
Imho, there is very little practical difference between an outright mandate and threatening people to lose their jobs if they don't get vaccinated.
Imagine a nutter right-wing state enacting a law that allows for abortions, but any women who ever got one will be added to a government-run blacklist and ineligible for public employment going forward (and fired from her current job if she's already employed at the state or municipal level) - would that qualify as a "government infringment on bodily autonomy" in your eyes?
In case anyone cares or wonders: I'm pro-choice, triple vaccinated myself, but staunchly against vaccine mandates. The point I'm getting to is that while I agree with lefties on the "bodily autonomy" argument in the abortion debate, I consider most of them hypocrites because they shat all over bodily autonomy during the covid era.
