Religion is dying rapidly across North America and during poling, the majority of those that said abortion is unacceptable had a religious affiliation. Obviously that's not surprising but given the rapid rate of decline of religion its fairly safe to say abortion is here to stay and not only that it will remain widely accepted and eventually it will only be a very small fringe minority that find it unacceptable.

This might upset some here but that's simple facts that I think every single person here with a head on their shoulders can see coming, you may not like it or agree, but that's clearly the trajectory here.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what was said. Religious people make up the vast majority of those that find abortion unacceptable, point is religion is dying, and thus you can expect acceptance to continue to increase as religion dies, maybe the number of abortions does not but it will just be widely accepted as a medical procedure that can take place as requested.

I think this is fairly common sense at this point.

Also I mean use your head here for a second. You can get condoms in bathrooms now, you can take pills, you can get an IUD, etc. etc. etc. Birth control is everywhere in many forms now not to mention kids receive an early education on it and its pushed in schools.

No shit there's been a decline in abortions since it was legalized.

What does this have to do with protecting women's bodies?

Also, I'll counter your point. It's not religion.

It's incepting ideas into animals who don't use their brain. They can be culled because they're animals and have no free will.
A person who does not use their mind is equal to an animal that has no mind.

That's not a counterpoint to polling data showing that the vast majority of those opposing abortion have a religious affiliation.

Okay? Again, who cares about some random amendments, clearly the majority don't hence why religion is dying at a rapid rate and every church where I grew up on the East Coast is now either a pub or a brewery.

You don't have to like what I am saying, but it's the truth.
