Stopped here because it's clear you are willfully misrepresenting what happened.
Jones was never "guilty" or "innocent". It was a civil trial. Anybody can sue for any amount. The amount plead for at the beginning is immaterial to the proceedings.
But if Jones is truly innocent (sorry I don't know what other word to use), why should he have to pay this damage? Of course he can say that he's innocent, or I guess in a civil proceeding, that he didn't cause any damage.

And Jones was not allowed to say he didn't do it because the court already found he did, and that he willfully lied to the court, and that he willfully withheld evidence from the court that he was legally obligated to turn over.
If he willfully lied to the court and withheld evidence, then these sound serious and should be new crimes separately.
Also, I didn't personally listen to Jones, however, if it's true that Jones didn't literally say, "we should go harass the Sandy Hook victims' families", then he truly is innocent. He should not be held liable for what his listeners/viewers did.

When you are found to have done something by the court, you can't raise "I didn't do it" as a way to lower the damages.
But he truly did not encourage his viewers/listeners to harass the victims. As far as I know, he merely expressed the opinion that he thought the shooting was fake and the victims' families were actors. He is allowed to say that. He is allowed to doubt.
