which is ironic because dizzy says he's a ticking time bomb, but doesn't want him to be in prison, but wants to be with case workers at a mental institution. his solution is literally setting up this degenerate scumbag to put another staff member in a coma or get a beatdown, and the cycle will continue

your argument makes no sense. you claim he's a ticking time bomb but want him to have case workers at a hospital. someone that is a violent offender and is a ticking time tomb should be in prison for the safety of others and themselves
