These are pretty tired examples that aren't particularly relevant comparisons.
Breonna Taylor was suspected of holding cash for her drug dealing boyfriend, who later plead guilty to it. It was enough to get a lawful search warrant that led to the botched raid, which also didn't turn up any evidence implicating Taylor herself. Her boyfriend did fire at police, but due to the no-knock forced entry by plainclothes officers he justifiably tried to defend himself without knowing he was shooting at cops. That's one of those situations where a bad procedure or unlucky circumstances generates a scenario where two parties can both be justified in shooting at each other. Not an unfamiliar concept in criminal or tort law, where malicious intent doesn't have to be assumed as an either/or proposition, it could be neither or both. Ex Two good samaritans responding to a mad gunman shooting up their neighborhood might mistake each other as the baddie and shoot each other -> neither had criminal intent. Or two gang bangers shoot at each other after a street fight -> both had criminal intent. And overall it shows the real culpability in the Breonna Taylor story is the tactics and procedures that led to them trying to raid a home without announcing themselves, which like the Amir Locke raid shows how they can value evidence over life.

But while thats all well and cute as a matter of legal distinctions, it doesn't have anything to do with this case in the OP, which is a clear cut example of someone being targeted for their first amendment protected free expression, being raided and arrested in unwarranted police action
and the most damning wrinkle wasn't even the police raid itself, it was the judge striking down the first amendment. Kind of a bigger issue
