For a household of size 4, meals were free up to $36k income and subsidized up to 51k income. Thresholds based on size 1-8 of 17-60k for free and 25-86k for subsidized.
They were also automatically qualified for free lunches if they were on SNAP, MFIP, the indian reservation, and all foster children.
