I'm not pushing Putin's talking points for the sake of pushing them because they are politically aligned with Putin or not. I push them because I believe they are the truth.

I also see what will happen if the US and Europe continue down this path - I'll give you a hint: everything ends in a mushroom cloud.

I would prefer to avoid this future being inflicted on the human race. It will mean only death, and any unfortunate people to be left alive will be forced to survive in a "brave new world" that will be more like Mad Max: Fury Road than what things are like today.

Anyway, I have a protest to attend - happens to be against the warmongering in Ukraine. And it happens to be outside a certain US senator's office.

Probably won't accomplish much, but it's better than sitting on my ass doing nothing.

The Ukrainian army broke through the front-line already. This is very bad, I expect Russia will be forced to intervene soon, if they keep their promise to defend Donbass, that is.

You ignore Russia's very legitimate security concerns at your own peril. You allow your countries to be used as pawns for the US and NATO and in the process put yourselves in Russian crosshairs when war inevitably breaks out because of your own stupidity.

Sadly it really does look like this world is going down the path of nuclear war. As I've said many times, those of us who die here in the west, will have only ourselves to blame.

We could have listened to Russia, listened to their concerns. Instead we provoke war with them and support any willing proxies to fight them on our behalf, even going so low as to support neo-nazi militant groups in Ukraine.

Sickening, truly. Luckily, there are many thousands here in the United States that are fed up with the forever wars and are speaking out against it.
