Trump is up 120k in WI atm, but Milwaukee is at just 36% reporting while the rest of the state is at 70%+.

On the other hand, the deep blue area around Madison seems almost done, so the state should end up being close.

What is fishy about it?

PA only has three big cities. Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philly.
And Trump is up by 15.5% with 64% counted.
