On both sides of the aisle, bitter primary opponents always crawl back for a cabinet nod. Its really only noteworthy when the politics get out of hand, such as when HRC was inciting birther claims against Obama. or when Christie is lambasted as a fat useless governor then sucks off a real estate mogul on national tv.

Thie move by Rubio seems to be worse than most though, any person who crawls back to Trump after getting demoralized needs to leave politics. At least in this case Rubio hit back with the hands mockery, i cant imagine Low Energy Jeb crawling to the trump camp after putting up zero fight.

I wasn't commenting on Rubio's endorsement of Trump. Unfortunately, that's politics as usual.

well yes and no. its politicians actling like they normally do in a situation they normally aren't put in. Its not normal to endorse a guy who calls you names and mocks you to your face, its normal to endorse a guy who questions your leadership capabilities and platform ideas in effectiveness. Even if we look at the history of the primary-general shift it doesn't usually include a namecalling candidate, and if it is its usually a scandal leaked to the press. "oh my McCain called Obama "boy!" ", not a machinegun slew of nicknames lol

I also watched Sesame Street, in case that plays into any conspiracies you're cooking up or helps you diagnose me as a closed minded astropriest following sheeple.

Trump is currently only up 6 points in Texas.

Lol, things have gotten really bad for his presidential chances lately. You know it's bad when a Republican is losing a grip on Texas.

Even better, Trump being the face of the Republican party in November might cost the GOP seats in the House and Senate.

So it's probably not just a loss in the executive branch we are talking about. Republicans look like they will take losses in the executive branch, legislative branch, and judicial branch (SCOTUS nominations) in large part because Trump is their nominee.

Apparently the founding fathers didn't forsee the need for a check and balance of losing all 3 branches in one cycle. Trump really is a remarkable man, to cause such devastation to his own party.
