why obama specifically?
i'm aware there are numerous things that could justify an investigation, but is there any specific reason?

i have a feeling clinton will end up on the platter in 3-4 years from now.
all i really want is to get her iron fist off the DNC. she basically controls it through monetary value.

wire-tapping would never reach obama specifically. you would have to go after the specific people from the administration that was doing it.

In both cases... ignorance of the law is no excuse. If that can be claimed by prosecutor or judge when I get a traffic ticket, it should all the more valid for a president.

Difference is that when you get a ticket you are personally doing the action worthy of the ticket. Obama didn't personally wiretap anybody and he didn't give an order to do it.

I'm referring to the I didn't know it was illegal (or happening) plea. Both of those incidents, not to mention the campaign fund BS that Hillary partook of, should have been called out by Obama.

you are not wrong in what "should" happen, but legally there is only so much that could be done.

if someone stated in whatever scenario you are lining the phrase "i didn't know it was illegal". there "could" be something to explore.
if instead they said "i didn't know it was happening" is completely different and excusable under law.

as i said hilary i'm sure is going to pay in some way. she was sloppy and took too much of the DNC platform "not" to be noticed.
she has webs literally everywhere, and some interest is taken by barr and the judiciary committee to pursue some of them.

To be brutally honest... I'm past the point of believing anything the left or the Dems claim did or didn't happen. They've gone over the edge too many times.
This BS began is 2016 and hasn't stopped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this.

law is tricky though. especially if you are aiming for the top of the pyramid.

just like cartels being able to operate, yet guys are constantly being sent to prison for drug smuggling or other crimes.
even if you know who is at the top, you have to catch that person committing a crime. either that or you have to prove a seriously heavy link between individuals and their actions
which is something barr addressed during his confirmation. a lot of people they know to be ring leaders of "gang activity"... they have to end up putting away with drug charges, because it's the only thing they can catch guilty in act at times.
