joe donelly seems to be struggling in indiana though - trailing his 2012 margins by a lot, and the margins in the districts reporting so far are closer to those of clinton from 2016 - where she lost the state by 20.

so ill be bold and say that donelly loses his senate seat, which in turn is pretty much the death blow to the Democratic hopes of taking the Senate. so I assume the race for Senate will be deflated relatively early in the night.
