Trump being a narcissist craving for attention and spotlight is not an argument in his favor (nor is it necessarily an argument against him).
Biden has a very different leadership style, he's not seeking attention, he's trying to pull the strings behind the scenes.

This approach would honestly be quite pleasant after four presidencies (Clinton through Trump) during which the occupant of the White House had a polarizing personality and all of politics revolved around him - if only Biden's approach yielded results. Unfortunately, the track record of the Biden admin so far is quite pathetic, which causes his "subdued leadership" to come across as sleepy and inefficient.
