This is my last post about you dodging your own bet ^CrunkT
Your original bet
FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESS HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON - Guilty < you win
My addition for try and sweeten up the deal so you take the bet and stop being a soft little boy.
FIRST-DEGREE INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON - Guilty < you win
I pay 1000fg for any Homicide charge Kyle is guilty on.
You pay 1000fg if Kyle is found innocent of all homicide charges.
(Atetmpted homicide does not count as homicide)cd?
Lemme know when you want to confirm your original bet + my addition to help you win.
Your original bet, goal post moving, refined goal post moving, then dodge can be located here.
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=88983873&f=119&p=589198940That wasnt my original bet
Im going to explain this once, I am not sure how many bets you do
but when someone offers a bet, especially in JSP, there needs to be a clear outline of the fucking bet. So no I never changed anything my original actual request was the post where I mention the 7 charges and I wanted 4. Then you said 2. I counter with 3. This is how negotiation works. You dont need to continually copy pasta and smol dick dodge the entire time.
Again I just explained to to you. My betting terms are clear and laid out. If you do not accept them, then you are letting all of ParD down. straight up.
Im not trying to make an enemy here, so if you take a non binding half a sentence and try to argue that is the entire formulation of my bet proposal then you obviously don't do much betting in your real life or on JSP which is fine but Im just telling you how it goes.
There are 3 charges I am betting on. My bet is that at least 1 of them will be a guilty verdict. That is it, no need to call people stupid, no need to dodge. You letting everyone down.
Again you think its a simple acquittal or complete innocence due to self defense so it kind of seems like a weak ass move for you not to take the bet once its actually hashed out and properly structured as to not be ambiguous, as any contract should be..
