Even if we assume that Hunter Biden indeed had inappropriate pics with underage, pubescent girls on his laptop - could someone explain to me how this is supposed to be incriminating or even disqualifying for his father Joe Biden unless there is hard proof that Joe knew about the disposition of his son and abused his influence to actively cover for him?

This whole "Hunter is a kiddie fiddler" accusation appears to be less politically relevant than the allegations that Hunter got paid for arranging meetings between his father and Chinese lobbyists.

To be honest, those latest "bombshell findings" appear to me to be a desperate, last-minute, "throw shit to the wall" attempt at drumming up turnout from the most gullible, uneducated, outraged segment of Trump's base. The types who buy into the QAnon conspiracy, who throw out any critical thinking as soon as someone mentions the magical trigger word "childporn".

If you want to frame those texts as about his niece maybe remove the redactions because those texts could be about stormy daniels.

well the revelations specific to Joe are:

• Joe Biden lying about his knowledge of Hunter Biden's foreign entanglements. He denied ever meeting the Burisma reps, but the emails show a meeting between the Burisma rep and Joe Biden personally
  
• Joe Biden being paid a cut of the Chinese businessmen / communist party elite bribe money for setting up meetings with him, with multiple references to how Joe Biden was taking 50%, much to Hunter's chagrin
  
• Joe Biden being aware of his son's sexually inappropriate behavior with children and unsafe environment for his granddaughter, which is culpable under mandatory reporting laws.

I think it should be considerably damning for a candidate just to find out their family members were selling access and influence to that politician in exchange for millions of foreign bucks from corrupt businessmen who get killed, imprisoned or disappeared when their other various bribery scandals surface. But when you find out that politician was taking a cut for himself, that makes it pretty direct

Those are the accusations, as per nypost/Giuliani. I would need to see concrete evidence before being willing to fully buy into them.

its not a mystery, the identities are extremely obvious- Hunter Biden was infamously banging the widow of his late brother Beau Biden at the time, and Beau's daughter was 14 years old, and he doesn't have any other 14 year old female relatives
