I'm not following the incident. We'll get the facts eventually. The best case scenario here still looks bad for the guy charged, and doesn't reflect well on the people defending him.

No its not "gross" that a successful lawyer w/ experience defending similarly defamed and innocent non-leftist kids is defending Kyle.

Whats gross is prominent democrats calling him a white supremacist, terrorist, murderer, etc and demanding the president condemn an innocent child, as a democrat campaign strategy.
