I like Trump because I agree with him ideologically, you "like" Hillary because of party loyalty. I like his ideas independent of the party he is running on.
I'm voting for Hillary Clinton for numerous reasons, most notably appointing Liberal Supreme Court justices who agree with my ideological interpretation of the Constitution. There's currently a vacancy in the SCOTUS.
My vote extends beyond party loyalty. I care about things such as overturning Citizens United.
I'll criticize Hillary Clinton and hold her accountable to be more trustworthy and transparent, but ultimately I think she is the most qualified person for the job of Commander-in-Chief, even if she is a bad and untrustworthy candidate overall.
Voting in America is much more complicated than people make it out to be, and I take my civic duty very seriously. I'm not acting on behalf of party loyalty but instead on behalf of what I think is the best of the available options for this country going forward.
I'm a liberal at heart, but I also like to think of myself as a very reasonable and pragmatic person. Things are much more complicated than most people like to make them out to be. I'll hear pretty much anyone out on any issue, but I have a strong basis for voting the way that I do.
