Perhaps you didn't read the Biden EO. It's entirely based around virology, which OSHA has no purview. But hey, keep on keeping on arguing the case of the progressives. It's really fun when you contradict one post with another.

Tell me, how long have you been blowing Thor? Or... Has Thor been blowing you?

lol so mad that he is getting called out on his lack of high school civics knowledge.

Be honest, are you drinking? Or are you sober? When you get like this it's one or the other and I can't figure out which.

You've failed 33*3 times here. Civics is based around the Constitution. "Congress shall have the power to... Regulate Interstate Commerce."

That is the Constitutional violation the Administration is actively violating.

So how about that Stairmaster, landwhale? Ready to accept my offer? There are conditions, such as... I will buy you one that uploads your usage online. I'm truly concerned about your health, you see.

Fact Check: The above hug is unlikely to have happened. The posted has been determined not to have arms long enough to fit around land whales. We rate the above posted hug as a 4 Pinocchio's.

It violates the constitution even though it was a power specifically vested in the executive by congress.

You know that congress can't enforce anything right? That we have an executive branch that actually does the enforcing? Ya know, the thing you learned in middle school.

It says worker health and safety. If you search for the word "safety," it appears 14 times and "health" appears 16 times. It seems like you're wrong on this one.

You're making mutually exclusive statements. Yes, it violates the constitution. That's correct. No, Congress can't enforce much of anything. So, see, that's how it works, right? Congress passes laws. The Executive enforces. Thus, the so-called "mandate" is the enforcers passing a law they themselves enforce. AKA, tyranny. Unconstitutional, illegal, and, not least, a good reason for real, true, honest to god domestic terrorism. But, you don't wish to acknowledge how you yourself promote terrorism, do you?

It does not in any way. There's absolutely no mention of virology, infection, or infectious disease. Try to shill more for the Biden Monarchy. Shill.

But he didn't make a new law. He was already empowered to make worker safety rules as outlined by the OSHA act that's already been linked.

It's okay to be wrong Bobb. There's nothing wrong with that. Maybe Congress will do a better job next time and ensure your freedoms don't trampled on. You should write to that dyke Senator of yours and tell her how you feel.

Congress doesnt have to "intend" for legislation to be narrow. All laws are narrow or else they are unconstitutional for being overly vague. If congress never delegated authority to the executive to micromanage personal health choices in virology- authority congress lacks to begin with- then a law delegating authority to regulate chemicals and hazardous materials in industry can't be wedged open to use as a passage for any random ass social policy the president wants on a given day. Trying to interpret a statute to mean something not even consistent with its text and blatantly against its intent- at best you debased the law and argued it to be so vague it should be struck down.

How broad a law can be depends on the context. A law setting up labor safety doesnt need the same level of specificity as a law impacting an enumerated right.

Laws that infringe on a fundamental right like someone's personal health have to face strict scrutiny and be narrowly tailored to a compelling government interest. They have to be more narrowly defined than a law regulating some commercial activity or resource management.

There's no such federal law for Biden to cite.
