The whole ride was pretty entertaining. Atlantic story comes out, they deny it on the air, then their national security corespondent confirms it via twitter, so then they bring in their own "anonymous" source to deny it after whining about anonymous sources. They bring her on the air and she confirms it again. They deny it again, the AP collaborates it as well. More denials and "What she really meant" and then a tweet to cancel her by the president. Their news side was actually reporting the truth about it while their opinion side was trying to deny it.

The side that argues "no no no, Trump isn't capable of that" is wrong pretty much every time.

The right has become incredibly flexible in terms of talking about actual facts and relationships in new stories.

The left has become a monochromatic cult. Even if Biden wins, their idealogy is doomed for failure just by the lack of awareness.

Oh and speaking of cancel culture, trump just canceled all federal diversity training, claiming it's unamerican propaganda. Which is hilarious.
