Ive been wondering. How will McMullen be on the ballots? Isnt that a rigorous process?
It can be very rigorous, it varies from state to state. Dude's going to have to fight for it. He'll have some help -- his Super PAC is run by Kahlil Byrd and Chrs Ashby, two people who have a lot of experience in dealing with campaign law and ballot access. Byrd was even the co-founder of a group in 2012 that tried to ballot access for an Indy in that election, though that fizzled largely because they had no candidate.
I think realistically he'll hope to get on the ballot in 20-25 states.

cringe worthy
...
Why do you think this matters, or that anyone should care about this? The Clinton camp can't just bar people from attending events for no reason and then expect to be taken seriously -- that's what the Trump campaign does when they bar reporters from covering their events, which is unprecedented in American political campaigns. This person didn't even do anything wrong.
