Anytime material is mishandled, the entire organization has to report a BREACH and assume that ALL MISHANDLED material has been leaked, because it could potentially already be in the hands of foreign intelligence.

She didn't report the mishandling and in doing so made it impossible for the government to properly handle the breach. Doing so would have brought all undercover agents out of their locations.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think she's blameless. I think the issue is a nothingburger. I would think it if a Republican did it as well because I'm sure it happens all the time because the government is run by humans. There was no indication she knowingly handled classified information and while it is a breach it's expected to happen when your career has been as long as hers.

There's a reason they only allow classified and top secret information on the most secure government servers. There is a detailed list of procedures necessary to secure this vital information, information that if leaked puts the lives of American citizens at risk at home and abroad in military operations. The idea of ignoring these essential protocols and putting this top secret information on a server an amateur hacker can access is so grossly negligent of Hillary Clinton that, if she was working under FBI, she would be stripped of all access to classified information and disciplined. I don't know how you can rationally pin the actions of Clinton on republicans.

Actually he doesn't as far as I know, it was a major piece of his reason for not indicting HRC, because there was no reason to believe she KNOWINGLY transmitted classified information.
