I'd wouldn't be surprised if you dug into every case like this how many you would find with the same issue. I'll believe you believe its a real issue when you start a movement against this as a whole.

The only reason he's dead is because the Republicans had nothing to attack Hillary for and got lucky with a nothingburger that turned out to barely be something. If the republicans could conduct politics reasonably they wouldn't have gotten this guy killed and wold have found an actual issue.
