If Trump Jr and Jared Kushner took that meeting today, it would and should set off red flags. But the tower trump meeting took place before any of the insanity, and we only learned about it after the witch hunt was in earnest, so everyone was frothing about how bad it looked in the wrong context. At the time, nobody would be cautious about associating with Russians just because they're Russian

Bullshit, they had been gaining power and influence in the democratic party for years before Trump appeared on the political stage. And just look at what their brothers in spirit have been doing in europe...

All Trump did is make them spell out their true beliefs on border security instead of keeping them to themselves and thwarting any attempts behind the scenes.

"WASHINGTON - U.S. Attorney General William Barr told lawmakers on Tuesday that he intends to release within a week the long-awaited report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election from Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

"Within a week I will be in position to release that report to the public and then I will engage with the chairmen of both judiciary committees about that report, about any further requests that they have," Barr said at a congressional hearing. "

Up until now I've given Barr the benefit of the doubt.... but characterizing the use of informants as "spying" reveals him to be a blatantly political actor.

Its spying whether its justified or not.
