No, they need a far superior military and they need more international partners. If that scuppers the Israeli' government plans re: apartheid dictator state, so be it.

Move away from this year and next year (Israel has indicated that this is not a short term war), look long term. Israel needs a credible long term plan for its relationship with Palestinians, and it needs a better defense system/network (but understand as technology is ever taking leaps forward your current/future deterrents will always need to be upgraded).
