Are you from the US? Because you don't get the problem. For example, Germany has got less doctors and the ones who finish with best grades go to USA or Swiss for better pay. The same is going to happen/happening in Poland and no, we can't pay them with the US model where 80% of patients are exploited for the top 20% to enjoy all benefits. The reality is lots of doctors and caregivers are migrants. The situation is becoming similar in IT sector.
The Polish solution would be to pay the current doctors in Germany the same as their Swiss or US pendants or forbid them to leave the country while making all remaining population to have 2+ children all of the sudden while still paying off the pensions of the boomer generation.
How feasable is that?

random migration of millions while hoping there are a few doctors among them and lowering the standards is still not the solution

maybe fix the system to a degree where natives want to stay or enjoy the decline

I'm pointing out the situation in Poland. And I think they'll put up quite a fight to resist forced immigration by the EU as we've seen them do so far.

With regards to the problem you mention, replacing your population with immigrants from countries that have a completely different culture / religion and so on surely won't fix your issues.

I didn't ever say I am for random migration or population displacement. I was trying to highlight why so little is done by rightwing or right parties in Europe. That's because we need them at this moment.

The situation in Poland is a snapshot of Germany 30 years ago.

The real long-term solution would be to make the country child oriented again. You can't have both parents working 40h per week and expect 2+ children per household. It's not the fault of the migrants and I am not going to blame them for everything. I'll blame the people who are responsible for that situation and am going to vote appropriately.
The situation in the US is no different. People work too much for too little.

yes they are, the european systems were never meant to cover for millions of immigrants, who do not contribute to the system financially

the rest of your post is kinda common sense, its hard to rank

however in places like germany you pay a premium, hospital services are shit, insurance covers less and less every year, doctors appointments for specialists can take months to get and that is unacceptable for that kind of money

is it better than like the united states? well yeah, but thats not a standard i care about

in a place like panama i can whatsapp a cardiologist this evening and get an appointment for tomorrow or thursday

do it in germany and they will offer you one for spring next year lmao

Weird, Here if you have a problem with your heart you go to emergencies in hospital or you even call emergencies who will bring you to the hospital... When it's bad you get your treatment pretty quickly.

About migrants:
Politics & advisors are aware of the whole statistics regarding the population and economy... They perfectly know that "importing" alot of migrants cause several problems.
But a bigger problem is this base population who is just dying with low birthrate: the largest part of these migrants are working and are bringing "new blood" to the economy, btw take care not mixing legal and illegal migrants too.
In France we have alot of problems with illegal migrants. So that's it again, like i posted earlier: hardening policies and requirements regarding migrants & illegals, the bill I posted (as example).

I can admit the high brackets living in "rich" neighborhoods care less about an increases in socialt tensions [because these will be concentrated is specific problematic sur-urban areas] while they are welcoming a migrant boosted/necessary economy.
Once again: the kind of bill i posted.

Unlikely. Overpopulation is a real issue and with the ongoing climate debate we just have to wait for the first politicians brave enough to put it on the agenda.
