yes they are, the european systems were never meant to cover for millions of immigrants, who do not contribute to the system financially
the rest of your post is kinda common sense, its hard to rank
however in places like germany you pay a premium, hospital services are shit, insurance covers less and less every year, doctors appointments for specialists can take months to get and that is unacceptable for that kind of money
is it better than like the united states? well yeah, but thats not a standard i care about
in a place like panama i can whatsapp a cardiologist this evening and get an appointment for tomorrow or thursday
do it in germany and they will offer you one for spring next year lmao
Weird, Here if you have a problem with your heart you go to emergencies in hospital or you even call emergencies who will bring you to the hospital... When it's bad you get your treatment pretty quickly.
About migrants:
Politics & advisors are aware of the whole statistics regarding the population and economy... They perfectly know that "importing" alot of migrants cause several problems.
But a bigger problem is this base population who is just dying with low birthrate: the largest part of these migrants are working and are bringing "new blood" to the economy, btw take care not mixing legal and illegal migrants too.
In France we have alot of problems with illegal migrants. So that's it again, like i posted earlier: hardening policies and requirements regarding migrants & illegals, the bill I posted (as example).
I can admit the high brackets living in "rich" neighborhoods care less about an increases in socialt tensions [because these will be concentrated is specific problematic sur-urban areas] while they are welcoming a migrant boosted/necessary economy.
Once again: the kind of bill i posted.
