It's easy. Boomers are going in pension while have giving birth to few children. Regular western Europeans avoid "dirty" jobs. The jobs like plumbers etc. are systemic and VERY immportant. The state fails without them, so we import cheap labour under the guise of helping people. The problematic part are Ukrainians. Lots of women and children who can't really work.

As banal as it may sound, raising children and getting them through the educational system until they can work is way more expensive than using brain/skill drain from other countries. Infact, most highly qualified Germans in Germany are mostly parasitic to the German society. For example, best doctors or absolvents don't stay in Ger but go to Swiss or the US while getting those degrees for peanuts compared to elsewhere. Their education costs billions yet we have a lack of doctors etc. in inland :D
Centrist and right want cheap labour to prevent people from getting the wages they deserve. They aren't going to move a finger about the immigration issue. Far right like AFD is going to "fix" stuff on the surface for everyone to see but they won't solve the systemic labour problems but make it worse for migrants already here ( social tensions making it about them and us). Without labour, tax income and people who consume, no capitalistic state can function, yet the ones who complain the most are boomers who are responsible for the current situation.

They imported the wrong migrants en masse.

Nope, moslems are exactly the right type of migrants. If we look past our overly racist glasses, they've got culturally most in common with our basic principles. They're the backward version of us in the dark ages of Christian past. We've got hardly anything in common with East Asians, Africans or South Americans.
The similarity is based upon the place where high cultures originated first, in levante, commonly known as middle east nowadays. Whatever you see in northern Europe now is the developed legacy of Roman Empire who traded and kept close connections with Greeks, Persians, Egyptians etc.
Under the conditions they live today and the forced "democratical" interventions, they can't form a stable, peaceful government. Moslems are also the group who are most hard working, least criminal and best behaved (excluding French Maghrebians) alongside Indians among non eu immigrants. You can check it in any statistic.

Anyone not willing to go through legal channels to immigrate... is gonna be a problem in first world countries.
And any first world country that doesn't limit immigration from third world countries, is gonna have problems.

It's not rocket science. ^^

western europeans are not avoiding dirty jobs, they are avoiding terrible pay

the problem is that jobs in the minimum wage area are literally not worth it anynore, because handouts are so high

and even skilled workers or those with a STEM degree get insulting job offers despite 24/7 media propaganda about an alleged lack of experts

your next post is just ROFLLMAO

there is a reason the home countries of these people are trash, they have absurd crime and unemployment stats

and how could it be any different? they have no skills and are basically illiterate by western standards

i did earlier this year and yes, you should hope to never get sick there

the situation in german hospitals is abysmal, lack of personnel and service staff that cant even serve patients their lunch in german

total joke, but obviously self inflicted with this awful situation and garbage pay

nurses in the states can make some very nice money, in germany you work your ass off to have a fistful of bucks more than an unemployed migrant

yikes

It's migrants overcharging the healthcare system, right ?

It's super hard to rank health care...

- Countries where it's expansive with high quality; only for those who can pay ("we have the best healthcare systeme [quality, for those who can pay] in the world" ....) uurrr durrrr
- Countries where it's almost free but quality is terrible, along with delay because a/high costs or b/country is not "advanced" (a & b being two different cases leading to same ranking...)
- On the top of that culture is severly influencing like a country where people work 60 hours per week and/or with healthy nutrition (ie: Japan) and are very rarely sick.
- Judiciary system (same than above it's culture) where hospital can be sued for minor mistake, increasing the service cost (reducing performance overall)

Attainment of goals / Health
Health / Distribution
Health expenditure per capita

Performance (money spent vs quality of service received + globally good quality) <= This one is révélateur for european countries.

yes they are, the european systems were never meant to cover for millions of immigrants, who do not contribute to the system financially

the rest of your post is kinda common sense, its hard to rank

however in places like germany you pay a premium, hospital services are shit, insurance covers less and less every year, doctors appointments for specialists can take months to get and that is unacceptable for that kind of money

is it better than like the united states? well yeah, but thats not a standard i care about

in a place like panama i can whatsapp a cardiologist this evening and get an appointment for tomorrow or thursday

do it in germany and they will offer you one for spring next year lmao

Are you from the US? Because you don't get the problem. For example, Germany has got less doctors and the ones who finish with best grades go to USA or Swiss for better pay. The same is going to happen/happening in Poland and no, we can't pay them with the US model where 80% of patients are exploited for the top 20% to enjoy all benefits. The reality is lots of doctors and caregivers are migrants. The situation is becoming similar in IT sector.
The Polish solution would be to pay the current doctors in Germany the same as their Swiss or US pendants or forbid them to leave the country while making all remaining population to have 2+ children all of the sudden while still paying off the pensions of the boomer generation.
How feasable is that?
