Correct thats the Greek origin for godless (atheos). I dont actually have beef with people and their beliefs. I have with people who are projecting their beliefs unto others as undeniable truth without proof. I dont care if you believe in Allah, Buddha, yhwh or Spiderman. Just don't presume it's a universal reality shared by everyone without adding a clause (in my humble opinion) because at the end of the day that's what it is an opinion.

Terms like Agnostic, atheist, heathen, non believer imply existence of God. They all religious in origin. They are often used by religious people to label and effectively strawman subtly implying existence of god.

Does it mean people who believe in Spiderman get to call others heathens and non believers? Does it mean you are guilty until proven innocent? It's a language jujitsu trick that works on the unwitting.
