Not dodging at all.
A lawyer would have to define damages as always happens in defamation lawsuits.
People get ordered to pay stupid sums for hardly anything at all cuz huge damages are claimed.
How am I running for the hills? I'm still here, same opinion.
What are you looking for, lol
lawyers define damages by asserting that a person's actions caused X amount of financial loss. that is not applicable in this case because no one person's actions or even a group of impersonators actions can be proven to have caused an amount of financial damage. that's what ive been telling you all along, and you came back with "ask johnny depp", where that isnt the case, which i also told you.

It's malice through character misrepresentation which results in defamation which leads to loss of businesses or brand reputation. You are Joe Shmo nobody so you have nothing to worry about but when you are dealing with a global personal brand (which musk is) then it becomes a a different ball game and laws definetly apply. Maybe if you stopped grifting you could be a decent human being.
another person who can't read well.
