You gotta love the dedication of this Chinaman trying to normalize canine cuisine.

Sorry, but I'd prefer to remain in the dark when your aunt sneaks some Labrador into my Szechuan beef.

Everyone knows Labrador is garbage meat. Szechuan Schnauzer is the way to go.

Dog meat should be banned in civilized societies for the same reason horse meat should be. If you trust corporations not to use dogs/horses that have been given antibiotics and other drugs passed to humans through the meat, yer a bit dim. European countries have caught companies selling tainted horse meat many times, which means they've gotten away with it many more times. Their response has been to ban import of horses meant for consumption from certain countries, which is obviously ineffective. Even if it were just those countries(which it obviously isn't) this only serves as a minor logistical barrier.

This doesn't apply to third world countries because they suck. If your kids are hungry, you eat the dog.

From my teen years until now i've been convinced i can beat any non-trained attack dog in a fight to the death. Like a trained pitbull or a police K9 unit could prob beat me but ill straight up choke any dog out that attacks me. Just let it bite my arm/leg and its game over.

and wud u eat it afterwards?
i mean, why let it go to waste.

also i couldnt imagine a more manly converstaion in a bar. "got attacked by this dog. so I choked it to death. Then used my shirt and his leash to stop the bleeding. didnt go to the hospital (too expensive) and went home to throw this fucker on the grill.
10/10 man points!

I CANT be the only gamer making a slow burn dogmeat stew for the upcoming ladder;

while grinding warlock consider

### Ultimate Dog‑Meat Stew
*(the perfect “D₂ Reset” gamer fuel – high protein, low carb, and ready in a single pot)*

> **TL;DR**:
> 1️⃣ Brown 2 lb of dog‑meat (any cut) in a Dutch oven.
> 2️⃣ Add 8 cups of broth + 4 Tbsp soy sauce.
> 3️⃣ Throw in frozen peas, carrots, spinach, and diced tomatoes.
> 4️⃣ Simmer 45 min, then season to taste.

---

## Ingredients

| Ingredient | Amount | Notes |
|------------|--------|-------|
| Dog‑meat (any cut: shank, shoulder, or ground) | **2 lb** (≈ 900 g) | Fresh or frozen; if using frozen, thaw first. |
| Beef/veggie broth | **8 cups** (≈ 1.9 L) | Low‑sodium preferred. |
| Soy sauce | **4 Tbsp** | Adds umami and salt; adjust for taste. |
| Garlic cloves | **3**, minced | Optional – boosts flavor. |
| Onion, diced | **1 medium** | Adds sweetness. |
| Frozen peas & carrots (½ cup each) | **1 cup total** | Quick‑cook veggies. |
| Spinach or kale | **2 cups** | Added last to keep greens bright. |
| Diced canned tomatoes | **1 can (14.5 oz)** | No added sugar. |
| Salt & pepper | To taste | Keep it light; broth already salty. |
| Optional extras: | | |
| - Red chili flakes | pinch | For heat. |
| - Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) | handful | Brightens the stew. |

---

## Equipment

- Dutch oven or large heavy‑bottom pot
- Wooden spoon or spatula
- Measuring cups/spoons

---

## Method

1. **Brown the meat**
*Heat the pot over medium‑high heat. Add a splash of oil, then the dog‑meat in batches. Brown on all sides (about 3–4 min per side). Remove and set aside.*

2. **Sauté aromatics**
*Lower the heat to medium. In the same pot add the onion and garlic; cook until translucent (~5 min).*

3. **Deglaze & build base**
*Pour in 1 cup of broth, scraping up browned bits from the bottom. Stir in soy sauce.*

4. **Add meat & liquid**
*Return all browned meat to the pot. Pour in the remaining 7 cups of broth and bring to a gentle boil.*

5. **Simmer**
*Reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for **45 minutes**. The meat should be tender, and flavors will meld.*

6. **Add veggies**
*Stir in frozen peas & carrots, canned tomatoes (with juice), and the bulk of the broth. Simmer another 10 min.*

7. **Finish with greens**
*Add spinach or kale; stir until wilted (~2 min). Taste and adjust salt/pepper. If you like heat, sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes.*

8. **Serve**
*Gently ladle into bowls. The stew is ready to fuel your next D₂ reset session!*
