No because most government try to avoid civilians you dont see IDF shooting Palestinians going south they even protect them.
Hamas terrorist went into houses in southern Israel while killing raping and mutilating everyone, in there own houses.

Now sometimes soldiers takes their own mind like American soldiers in Iraq but that wasnt the government policy and those soldiers will stand trial.

The PLO and Hamas pays the family of a terrorist who killed innocent israelis.

Hamas even offered 10k$ and a house in Gaza for every kidnapped civilian.

There is a different in intentions and if you cant see it you have a problem

Yesterday there was an interview with policeman who hold hamas terrorists and they were asked what are the conditions the prisoners are being held.

And they said they have to obey the law, 3 meals a day and breaks outsides.
The children are being dealt with care as the law requires.

And I am not deflecting we have everything transparent Hamas on the other hand doesnt even let the red cross in.

i dont know shit about hamas or the idf im just asking what terrorist definition is in this case since gangs and the KKK are terrorist organizations according to that definition

Lets say you invade country’s border and no one there to stop you.
You see people dancing in a party so you decide to shoot them kill as many as you can rape everything even dead bodies.
Than you enter houses nearby see 12 year old
Girl in her room you put her face down take her pants off rape her and then shoot her in the back of the head.
You continue and see grandma drinking coffee at her living room so you shoot her from the window.


And then the Israeli defense forces had to clear all the surrounding areas and went for offense.
Now Hamas cant deal directly with the IDF so they hide in tunnels using civilians as human shields.
The IDF ask the civilians to evacuate south for 3 weeks.
Hamas threaten their civilians not to move south so the IDF manage to create a corridor south to help them.
Now the IDF bombs every Hamas target above and underground and they whine to the world civilians are dying.
