All numbers are biased but the Gaza health ministry has a history of accurate reporting, based on the testimony of multiple western based organizations that have evaluated their numbers and methods.

The Gaza health ministry are also the ones collecting and documenting the bodies, the Israelis and US are estimating their numbers off of drone/satellite imagery.

So the evidence is much more in favor of the Gaza health ministry being accurate in my opinion, what evidence is there they have inflated the numbers besides the IDF saying they do?

The death toll is likely much higher than what they have even reported for the reasons mentioned in the article
