im saying it goes back to the 1% and they are not the 500 companies maybe they own the 500 companies. anyway much of free market capitalism is gone.

any way you can google the debt of any nation. they are all in debt. who are they in debt to?

Nah the ultra rich (1%) have a huge amount of their wealth in Fortune 500 stocks. Look at the list of billionaires and see where their wealth is coming from.

i suppose its how you think the hierarchy is laid out. I say its the banks that own all the debt. 500 companies would be further down
capitalism still pretty much a thing of the past. no one can compete any more.. saw it in the lock downs, forced right out, "non essential"

Look at just one example - Jeff Bezos owns 10% of Amazon. That's 10% of $972.26B.
