We were originally scavengers and mostly only got marrow from the left over bones prior to us being the killer

A vegan diet is not the most healthy. The only way you can make it work is by consuming carbohydrates to meet your required caloric intake. Carbs are very hard on your circulatory system. Many vegans fail in their diets because they can not stay satiated.

What do you mean by "hard on the circulatory system"?

Oh, so saturated fat and cholesterol are good for your circulatory system? Vegans have a substantially low rate of heart disease.

Many vegans fail in their diets because eating a bunch of vegetables and legumes don't give you the calories that bacon and eggs does. People who switch their diet to vegan need to realize they are mostly eating foods that are not dense in calories. They need to eat more.

Fad diets are definately a problem. Under eating followed by binging is such a common problem. Fear of carbs is unhealthy and counter productive.

If people ate the right foods they would be amazed how much and how often they could eat. Key word is food, most of the shit people eat isn't even food

People treat the overweight like shit so then they look for the quick fix and are sold nonsense diets sold by dirtbags to make a quick buck.

Fear of carbs is real. Too much blood sugar causes tissue damage and breads, grains, starches, and tubers are all essentially sugar. Go run a mile on a treadmill and see how many calories you burn. It's pretty close to 1 slice of bread. That's how damaging these things are when your body maintains about 16 calories in blood sugar in your body at a given time. A hot pocket causes havoc to your body's internal balancing mechanisms as the chemistry of digestive food happens faster than your ability to store it.

Yes, but that's not exactly something that's going to be hard specifically on the circulatory system.

They fail because trying to consume enough calories from vegetables will turn you into a grazing animal. You have no time to do anything but eat. I cook broccoli and Brussels sprouts in bacon grease. Fat is more dense in calories and harder to digest so it gets you your calorie fix and keeps you feeling full. Eskimos eating nothing but whale blubber had no cases of heart disease. Circulatory issues stem from fast carbs. High protein diets stress your kids which filter your blood. Inefficiencies in cleaning your blood will damage your circulatory system as well.
