That's for their employees. All employees are bound by that code of conduct/uniform policy. Therefore, they are all treated equally. People will view you how they view you regardless of their employment.

HR is a completely different department than quality/manufacturing. That's like saying Google search is bad because they offer "Be nice to faggots 101."

"All employees are treated equally" is a really strange way to describe a company that allows proponents of BLM or LGBTQIP* to express themselves at their workplace while disallowing the same kind of expression for supporters of Blue Lives Matter or the president.

To repeat myself: it was Goodyear who started bringing up stuff that has nothing to do with their actual product. If they selectively suppress the expression of political opinion among their employees in a way that favors liberals/Democrats in brazen fashion, even though none of this has any impact on the quality of their products, then they are not really in a position to complain about customers boycotting them for reasons that have nothing to do with their actual product either.

What, are you some faggot socialist now? It's their employees so it's none of your business unless they are violating federal or state law. I can understand if they were using slave labor, but that's not the case. This doesn't affect customers in any way.

Yep, yep.

Some people will just never understand that it NOT ok, to hinder the free speech of those that disagree with them. They'll learn. Hit them in their pocketbook, they'll learn.

/e I'm kind of disappointed that Trump only called out Goodyear. He should call for the boycott of MSM, social media, and the entire Democratic party as well.

Lol what? Goodyear is telling its employees that "wearing MAGA attire is unacceptable" while explicitly endorsing visibile support (like e.g. attire) for BLM and LGBTQIP issues.
Goodyear are the ones who got political for no good reason, they're a fucking tire company.
If a company gets political and shits on the president, I really see no issue with the president telling them to get fucked. Being president doesnt mean that you must become bhudda and stoically endure any kind of abuse.

Regarding your second pic: Trump has urged mayors and governors of riot-ridden cities time and time again to do something against the chaos on their streets, they refused. And when he sent the feds, all of liberal America was immediately piling on him, accused him of dictatorial tendencies and violating state and municipal autonomy, yada yada. What more is he supposed to do?

Democrats control all levers of power in these places, they dont want to do anything about the rioting and looting, they dont want any help from federal law enforcement, they are unwilling to protect their own populace. The only thing he could do to stop it is sending in the military, which would obviously be a horrible and counterproductive idea for 1001 different reasons

Realistically, the only thing left to do for him is to let these cities deal with the issue themselves. If their Democratic mayors, city councils and governors dont want to handle the protests, the only thing left to do for Trump is wait until these cities stop electing Democrats. By contrast, if they reelect Democrats, they dont want it any other way and deserve what they'll get. Not his problem anymore.

I don't see any reasonable defenses here.

The group that thinks Trump is going to round up thousands of Democrats and have them executed, the group the FBI has called a terrorist threat, was praised yesterday by the President.

But sure, the tariffs make this totally worth it.

Presidents have long criticized private companies.

Policing riots is a non-partisan, everyday thing that happens in liberal sanctuaries like Canada and elsewhere around the world.

These are not serious criticisms.

Steve Bannon indicted for fraud in relation to the "Build The Wall" GoFundMe campaign.

Money from that campaign was used for illegitimate purposes? Let me show you my shocked face:

Funny, you judge a man by the company he keeps. Why is Trump's circle full of people tied up with the law - more so on the wrong side of it? How can anyone not see that he is a criminal. Feel ashamed that whites are throwing themselves behind the literal manifestation of everything wrong with America.

"Presidents have done something before" isn't a justification. I think typically presidents criticize companies for something they do to offend the public good... "not allowing employees to wear my campaign hats" doesn't qualify.

If you want to normalize a president attacking an American company for no good reason and attacking American cities, saying they should rot, fine. I expect more from public servants.

See, that's an issue where I can agree with your criticism of Trump. He should stay the hell away from QAnon instead of validating and praising them. On this one, Trump really did something bad. :bonk:
