go on.
I've got this! The Bill of Rights does not guarantee rights. It states rights that humans have. They are not rights that are "granted" to them by anyone else. They have them. And the very reason for 2A is to insure they keep them.
Anyone at any time can write a local ordinance that strips you of every right you have. The solution? The second amendment.
The solution for a woman walking home alone at night being attacked by a rapist? The second amendment.
The solution for a hiker attacked by a mountain lion in the woods? The second amendment.
There's a clear pattern here. If the people allow themselves to be disarmed, they no longer have any rights at all. They only have those privileges the government allows them for precisely as long as the government allows them to retain them.

Boy tell me what makes a weapon defensive or offensive? You dumbo are aware that any currently legal weapon can be used offensively and defensively?
In general, inability to use it anywhere within miles of yourself would lead one to believe it's more of an offensive weapon. To be fair though, I have no issue with nuke ownership. If you are capable of building one for yourself, go ahead. Just try to remember that if the Walmart cashier pisses you off, nuking the walmart will kill you too.
