Trump pardoning Susan B. Anthony... does nothing. It makes no material change in the circumstances of those groups, it includes nobody, and is just blatant pandering.

Trump gets credit for "not being a politician" while doing literally every corrupt thing his base criticizes politicians for doing, and then he takes it a step further into blatantly corrupt territory. I guess in that sense he's not like a politician, he can get away with blatant corruption by avoiding taking responsibility as an authority figure.
