I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to re: the DNC "crumbling to its knees," since it obviously just destroyed the RNC in terms of the product it put on the field and among viewers of said product.

If instead you're referring to the nontroversy of the DNC hack, I commented on the story last week before I left to attend the DNC convention on business; while I find the matter of people reporting/commenting on the campaign-media relationship that they clearly do not seem to understand to be pretty amusing, I find the larger issue of Russian operatives hacking political committees in an effort to undermine U.S. elections to be a pretty troublesome development. I'm also understandably annoyed at Trump's entreaty for them to conduct cyberwarfare against the U.S. in order to help his campaign.

If I had to baldly speculate, I'd say that it's likely to show a bit more Clinton bounce over the next week, tighten up a bit more in the next 3-4 weeks, and then finally settle down to something that'll actually start resembling the actual election. Clinton definitely seems to be receiving a nice post-convention bounce tho.
