what say did they(pal) have in the formation of israel? my main issue with israel is just about its inception. to talk about issues of today is difficult because life is weird and what can you do after certain facts.

i feel like as israel was being established they could've made attempts to create a nation that included both. as pal's/isr's are mainly just arabs anyway.

personally i feel like the aftermath of the european genocide should've resulted in european land being granted to them. idc really about pal or isr. im just interested in europe's thought process. allied forces liberate camps and save jews but they don't want them to live in europe, they want them in asia instead? germany was such a mess as well as a lot of eastern europe. a lot of the jews have lived in the areas for years as you can tell that even their genes have them just looking like white people. they don't resemble israeli jews one bit. so you'd think they'd rather stay in a european country than move to the desert. and there was plenty of real-estate for it as germany didn't even really exist.

but since that didn't happen and they got Israel instead, i don't get why it had to be an ethnostate. why there was no compromise for the current occupants of the land. displace/murder ~700k-1mil people or try to integrate them. i understand they have beef but so did USA/England, and look at us now. USA nuked Japan, look at us now. i dont get why other nations can have tensions and overcome it but when it comes to israel and palastein its somehow a special situation. the way israel was established was in a way that they wanted conflict. its almost as if it was all to fuck over palastinians/arab world and that the holocaust was never a factor.

i think what it really comes down to is that britain and USA played a huge role in Israel's formation. Britain/USA also has a lot of jewish people, not so many palestinians. so you have a country formed with the consultation of a bunch of people with special interests/agendas/biases. the region was poor, you had two groups of people living in poor conditions. but one of the groups had many european and american friends.


i think we just need to agree israel has a weird origin story, america has invested in it heavily. we should just annex the area and create a peaceful secular state for both peoples. wait until a peaceful government is in place and then leave.
