There's meaning in consequence. Language is relational, "good" is understood insofar as it can be described and contrasted. There's no concept of good that you can touch, it has to be understood in relation to something else.

When "perfect" is defined as "what we have, regardless of what it is" then youve basically lost the connotation of the word.

Ask somebody if the world is perfect and you will probably be the only one who says yes. Even Christians usually understand the world as fallen.
