Actually the opposite is true considering many city PD's are actively trying to recruit blacks, even to the point where a college degree is being removed because not enough blacks are able to sit in for the test. It's true of my city where for years you needed at least a 2 year degree or military service to be a cop until that was removed because they wanted more blacks to qualify and maybe get the jobs. Also you have to be a resident of the city to actually be able to take the test for at least a year in a lot of places.
But in this case, 5 black dudes stomped out another black dude because they were disconnected or not part of the community? Really?
