Yes, it is. However, where we differ is that my position resolves this issue outright, and further resolves incidences (or at least, further reduces) of sexual assault that is already happening in bathrooms independent of gender. Having communal bathrooms presents more challenges than they're worth, imo.

I could say we should just kill off all the men so that women will never be raped. This solution is even more "resolving" but it's still a bad solution.
